
Mr. Mathison has worked across a wide range of industries including technology, bioscience, finance, education, health care, retail and entertainment. His work with hundreds of companies and their executive teams has included emerging and mid-size companies to Fortune 100. He is often quoted in public and business media and is a speaker to professional groups regarding organizational and professional development issues. He has served as the host and speaker with the Human Capital Institute series of professional development web-seminars on such topics as high potential development, coaching and post-layoff turnaround strategies. He is a contributing author to Building High-Performance People and Organizations by Martha Finney (Praeger, 2008), a contributor to Rebound: A Proven Plan For Starting Over After Job Loss (FT Press, 2009) and author of The Truth About the Hidden Job Market (FT Press. 2009) due out later this year.
Receiving his undergraduate degree from University of Washington and Masters Degree in Psychology from Washington State University, Duncan spent the early part of his career in the non-profit and public sector as a family therapist as well as an organizational development consultant. His interest in technology drew him to the business world where he had a successful career in marketing and management in the telecommunications and computer industries. His unique blend of experience with people, business and organizational consulting serves him well in enabling organizations, their leadership, and their employees achieve their potential in rapidly changing and challenging environments.
